MATRIMONIAL CAUSES JURISDICTION.
To HAROLD GOLDIE WITCOMBE.
formerly of Sorell in Tasmania.

TAKE NOTICE that a Citation bearing date the First day of November One thousand nine hundred and twenty-three has been issued out of the Registry of our said Court citing you to appear and answer the Petition of Edith Rubeena Witcombe of Sorell aforesaid praying for a dissolution of her marriage with you on the ground that you have been guilty of desertion of her without just cause or excuse and that you have left her continuously deserted since the Twentieth day of November One thousand nine hundred and nineteen. In default of your appearing the Court will proceed to hear and determine the said charge and you will not be allowed to address the Court.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that for the purpose aforesaid you are within Thirty days from the Seventeenth day of November instant to attend in person or by your Proctors at the said Registry and there to enter an appearance in a Book provided for that purpose.
